I am very glad you came to visit! This is the official website of Shiela Martina Keaise, Author, Storyteller, SC Trainer, Children's Librarian and President of Martina Publishing, Inc.
She is affectionately called "Miss Shiela" by those who know her and her YouTube channel guests as Miss Literacy.Miss Literacy shares her wisdom and insight into the world of children's literature, publishing, and storytelling to those visiting this site.


I am a graduate of Claflin University, South Carolina State University, and the University of South Carolina with degrees in Business, Agribusiness and Library and Information Science. With 20+ years of experience as Children's Librarian, I enjoy sharing stories and songs with my listeners.

WHAT IS MARTINA PUBLISHING INC.?

Martina Publishing, Inc. was established in 2007 by Shiela Martina Keaise to share her personal thoughts that she wanted to publish in book format. This company also serves as an outlet for Ms. Shiela to serve as a publishing consultant, singing storyteller, workshop presenter/Trainer, Motivational Speaker, and publisher. Martina Publishing, Inc. is designed to share books from the heart of its author as Ms. Shiela has done through her books.
